It is important to find right tools for your extrusion line. As die head cleaners and maintenance experts, we cannot but notice that wrong cleaning tools can cause deep damages and extreme wear of the die head surfaces.
When situation requires so, we clean extrusion tools manually. We use brushes, scrappers, cleaners, emulsions of high quality to avoid causing scratches to the surfaces of the die heads. Right tools also make the entire operation go smoother and nicer. You can buy some of the tools (we use in our shop) from us now. They are proved in action and served us well.
